squirrels are just pests like rats. nobody cares of they get hit.

Matty, lots of people care about even the “pest” animals. I never understood some people’s’ weird hatred for squirrels. They’re everywhere here and the worst thing they do is bury food in the backyard. Some guy once followed me around a local park encouraging me to let my dog kill the squirrels because she wanted to chase them. It’s so weird.
