#10 that is not an arrowhead, that is a spear point. Arrowheads were triangular, spear points have tails or are elongated.

Cage, nope it is a shaving mug as stated my grandfather had one that was handed down thru the family

Answer: This isn’t an axe. It’s a delimbing tool. You use it to reach high limbs and cut them with a swift pass. These things are razor sharp.
