#10 that is not an arrowhead, that is a spear point. Arrowheads were triangular, spear points have tails or are elongated.

Cage, nope it is a shaving mug as stated my grandfather had one that was handed down thru the family

Answer: I believe it is a shaving scuttle, which is used to keep soap lather warm and ready for multiple passes.
