#10 that is not an arrowhead, that is a spear point. Arrowheads were triangular, spear points have tails or are elongated.

Cage, nope it is a shaving mug as stated my grandfather had one that was handed down thru the family

Answer: They are called ranger beads. They are used to count distance through a known pace.
