#8 Why do some of the tractors drive backwards all the way? Plus the anchor point of the pipe remains the same all the time, Therefor the parallel distance between the trucks would have to vary. Ergo the pic is B.S.

Because the one in front is in charge and leading. The one pushing from behind is keeping pace. The reason why they are at an angle is to stay on the road. When the road gets wider they will be more parallel. If it changes too much, they'll stop and adjust the load.
There can also be issues on the bridge. They might have reinforced the pylons in one lane making it a heavy truck lane.
It's an image that you can understand by looking at it. So check it the other way, how would you do it?

Lafayette re #95 - You're joking right? If not, unless you're in South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan or China I don't think you'll be going through a second wave at the moment. Most countries are still dealing with the first wave at the mo. if we're lucky there won't be a second or third wave but we would be foolish not to look at previous epidemiological data.
