There's nothing wrong with loving your country it seems unless you happen to be an American and that really needs to stop. It isn't as though other cultures don't have their own equivalent or worse nasty thing they actually eat also. I used to admire Europe because they banned many thing the FDA allows, but since the days of the EU who knows what goes on?

anything with peanut butter and jelly, or yams with marshmallow and pop tarts (even though they are available in europe - pretty sure no one eats them there, except maybe american tourists -as they taste like sh#t) apart from that the rest are used in a lot of other places. And pretty sure the pineapple pizza is a canadian thing

Dear Russia izismile, thank you for signaling out Americans, every country they all have something that doesn't fit what people call normal food. For example Blood pudding, it's not in the states, stop being racist izismile, why don't you do posts that pertain to other countries too.

Most of these are true and most of them are delicious so it really doesn’t matter what other countries think.

I eat peanutbutter and yelly and my brotjer eats his eggs only with ketchup. I love chips on sandwiches too. I love eating peanutbutter with a spoon too. Prefer eating cold pizza than a hot one. And I live in weird part of Europe, Balkan you'll say. You eat what you like. We're all different. Shut up. Try it. If you don't like it, that's ok too. Stop making differences between us, non important mortals..

Most of these are just TV tropes. Like saying Germans eat sour kraut with everything or Brits eat bangers and mash day and night. Just weird stereotypes. Others are more common but aren’t done by everyone. PB&J is a staple, though. And nachos do have that goo fake cheese, but not everyone here likes them. Just like anywhere else, people have different preferences. And the only people I know who eat butter on pasta or ketchup with eggs are children. That being said, I LOVE pineapple on pizza, but I think most people in the US hate it :)

Not sure why people are so sensitive about this post. All countries have their own unique way, who really cares?
