i had to go for a colonoscopy and knew i would be taking an epic sh#t later on so i weigh myself before taking the stuff you have to drink and after the first mega cr#p i was 2 lbs lighter, by the end of cr#pping i was down almost 6 lbs

Laffie, Truth. That PEG drink tastes like @$$. Never been able to figure out why it is also used as an ingredient in certain foods too. Yuck. Hope it turned out well.

that's used as emulsifier in food, in food stuff level of inclusion you won't taste it, and it does not give you any bowel disorder, just make stable mayonnaise.
