The problem (or the best, actually) about flat earth theories is that it can't be combined into a consistent model. Sure, they can explain separate phenomenon by some crazy theories, but they can never explain several, let alone all, things in one model. It' is like having a lot of cogs that are all nice and shiny and they look important, but it is impossible to combine them into any kind of working machinery.

Globe earth (or reality as it is called) on the other hand can explain sunrise/sunset, gravity, seasons, moonlight and all other things in one model. The cogs make up a beautiful clockwork.

I'm willing to bet that most flat earthers just do it for fun, like a party trick or conversation starter. Then there are the youtubers that make good money of it; they know the earth is round, but there is too much money in it. The rest that fall for this BS and actually believe the earth is flat are flat out (pun intended) retards.
