Disused salt mines have long had their uses. People spend time in them for what is called halotherapy, or breathing salty air. It is said to impart health benefits and can also be experienced by visiting the beaches. The better the waves the better the air.

Been there few times and I must say that I have not seen a picture that can match how it looks in my own eyes. This place is just stunning. If you ever planning on going, try to find out when it's not busy, lack of people adds more magic to this mine drinks
