NZ behaved and followed the rules so now were open... yeah that's not how it works. my state had less than 100 deaths and maybe a couple cases a day and they still won't open up. also we never went into full lockdown.

NZ locked down all travel, closed everything including restaurants, and gave their citizens around 7K each. That's doing it right.
