#8... Yea ....So considerate to keep you from adding to the backed up traffic ahead that you can clearly see between the cab and the trailer of the so called OFFENDING truck

#5 Likely illegal in most jurisdictions if not everywhere. He will be pulled over by every cop he can not see and will be lucky if he is not impounded until it is removed.

#1 Also likely illegal. If the car has an automatic transmission, not hard to do, just very dangerous if the driver crashes.
