Looks like the top of a silicon boule. It’s possible it is a failed boule that broke before it was complete.

#23: 'Between the glass?' I think you mean 'Within the glass.' If so, it's probably an ingredient added to silica that didn't mix properly when the glass was cast.

Its a micro fault in the glass which is only big enough to let the molecules of the base part of the nail varnish through but the pigment molecules are too big.

I agree the last one is just a stress crack on the nailpolosh bottle. Glass can crack like that from an imperfection in the molding process, anything from a tiny bubble to a scratch, and a small bump can cause it to internally separate.
