Very cool. Would like to try myself. Creating dishes from 3,000 year old recipes is fascinating. Recently read that Israel was able to germinate a date pit from a 2,000 year old tree that is now extinct. The germinated date pit is now a flourishing tree and scientists are cloning more to repopulate the area.
The professor cooked some of the oldest recipes existing from a Mesopotamian tablet and his thread went viral
