#23 I think this is a managed tree farm/forest in which they've harvested what looks like loblolly pines up to the edge of the creek, but left a row of them for both esthetic and erosion reasons. If I'm correct I'm glad to see this kind of change in forest management - leaving a row of old growth behind at the edges of the harvest area. (you can see in the distant background that they've left the hardwoods too.)
