Air BnB seems like a neat idea; many places to stay. Still, I doubt that I could ever really relax in someone else's place the way I can at a hotel with staff and security to keep me safe. Who knows what kind of person the host is. Doubt I could ever rent out either unless totally desperate. Too much hassle.

Trick is, take photos before. Take photos after. This goes for both sides to keep themselves covered.

My thoughts exactly. All you need to do is look how some idiots treat hotels. You really want that in your own home? You have some sort of super power to know who to rent to and who not to??
