Syl,every clown bring up there those flag, most made in plastic fibers.
Even here in Switzerland on puny mountains, they fill the peak of those stuffs (I take them and bring those home to trash when the amount is ridiculous), and dont ask me what Buddist prayers flag means on Swiss alps.

Sadly the most dangerous thing about climbing Everest these days are traffic jams from all the people. Due to the sheer amount of raw sewage melting it is almost an environmental disaster. Money plus ambition + pride sometimes equal stupidity.
