#1 Plastic cover and fonts (other than Craftsman) make it look more like 1980s.

Stanley at least is one thing that is still well made. I also had that alarm clock, but the stations I used to like waking up to are long gone.

#6 and actually most of this stuff. The quality of appliances now is generally so poor that 30 years from now the appliances made today will be nowhere to be found because nothing is made to last anymore.

Recently bought a Zenith Transoceanic D7000Y on eBay. Needs some work, but it will serve me well for the next 40 years or so when operating properly. Built like a Tank, and easy to service. This is true American quality right here.
