So she recently became a vegan. The way it's written, it sounds like all the kids in the nursery she works at just became vegan too.

The pictures don't do the chefs cooking justice. Why did she have to mention the whole vegan thing? What the chef is doing is what's important, but she just had to let the world know that even though he's doing these wonderful things for the elderly...wait for it.... she's vegan.

To be a chef and have to feed people with swallowing problems must be heart breaking. Not that brilliant for the patient too. Just imagine having to drink a cup of coffee thickened to the consistency of custard. Yech.

Kevin became a chef in 1995, straight after leaving school. "I had been working at the local chip shop after school for a couple of years. My cousin who had just become a chef at a hotel outside my town decided he didn’t enjoy it and left. With a little encouragement from my mother, I contacted the hotel to ask if there were any jobs available (secretly knowing that there was) and unlike my cousin, found out that I actually have a passion for cooking," the chef said.
