G.I. Joe
G. I. Joe is a line of military toys and figures for children. Its creator had intended to replicate the success that Barbie had among girls, but by targeting an audience that wanted a toy adapted to action and adventure. It was launched in 1964, and was one of the most popular figures of the 20th century.
