Ricardo, I drink at least 3 liters per day and I’m healthy. Dentist says the fact I have rotten teeth is not related. Doctor says my advanced metabolic syndrome is not related either. All is good.
I hope this is sarcastic... Because diet sodas should be consumed in less quantitiy than sugary ones accoerding to medical science. Sugar bad... Non-plant based sweeteners can be dangerous. Either way, carbonation and acid is what eats away at bodily tissues... So no one is recommended to have more than a few drinks per week.
