#8 Not true. The only way that it could be true is if you are the one making the call. If you are the one receiving the call, you didn't know where the other person was. The concept here seems to be that you assumed they called you from their house. What if they were at someone else's house? Or, calling from a phone booth - have we forgotten about those already?
