As someone who lives in Oregon, I can tell you these are not climate change fires. Too many have sprung up too fast. Lias,

the reason people talk about climate change fires, is because of record drought and other issues that make wildfire so much more easy to start and give them so much more fuel than they would have a few decades ago

Lias, same here in WA. Arson is way more prevalent in the Pacific Northwest, unfortunately. I hear about it every fire season.
