#44: I'm pretty sure this is in the Villnöstal in South Tyrol, specifically at the northern side of Sass Rigais which is the highest peak of the Geislergruppe mountain range. Sass Rigais is not visible in the picture because the direction of the view is more to the east. The sharp high peak that is visible on the right is the north face of Furchetta, the second highest peak of the range. I once climbed Sass Rigais.
