Need to stop making everything online and releasing it in different bits and pieces for total market control. Some great concepts which would've been great games have been completely ruined by rotten set up and server issues.

Well, at least some of it is because of our education system. When I was taking classes it was completely normal for the students to copy and paste code from the internet as if it were theirs. And apparently the teachers were doing the same. I feel like I was the only one writing code.
