Number 18 is from the Dutch theme park "The Efteling" there's a whole section about a fictional hobbit like people called "Laaf". There are different kinds of these you can buy.

As i am a Dutch guy, i can say the toilet paper holder represents a caracter from a amusement park called; de efteling

The stuff people buy and put in their homes never ceases to amaze.
