"I live next door to an apartment building and where their parking lot ends and my driveway starts there are concrete slabs to show where one ends and the other starts. I even have a sign at the end of the driveway saying “private parking. not apartment parking”. there is lots of room for all tenants and their visitors so they don’t need to park on my property at all."

Yeah, but I wouldn’t risk damage to my nice car trying to teach someone a lesson (second story). It’s not like it’s going to revolutionize the way they think. An @$$hat who would park like that wouldn’t hesitate to scrape up someone else’s car.

If you live 5 minutes from work why would you take your car in the irst place? Leave a note on the car blocking you and walk to work instead of being a douche yourself by getting someones car towed unneeded. @$$hole

If it’s a five minute drive, it could be an hour (or more) walk.
The tow was badly needed. He was parked on private property that was labeled a tow zone.
