I find the term “millennial” pretty cringy. Do kids really talk this way? And to generalize to such an extent to pretty hilarious!
I find that only uneducated people talk like this, it's not millennial thing, I work with several older people (50's) and they talk like this.

People love to categorize their world because to them it helps them make sense of their world, but really only further perpetuates the us vs them mentality which is so prevalent today, especially right now. Instead we should be finding areas where we can agree and see what other things we can find common ground on.
