IZ, these posts would be easier to read without the distracting and unrelated graphics. Easier for you to post, too.

I call BS on #16. That's not how type 2 diabeties works. I might believe it for a type 1 who doesn't get an insulin shot... But type 2 is the oppsite. I got all fainty if I don't eat, and feel sluggish if I eat cake, so a cup of hot chocolate would be nothing unless it was wet cocolate sugar.
"When I was younger, my brother and I went exploring in the woods. We found a sweet-@$$ vine and decided we were gonna cut it loose from the tree and swing on it. Black stuff leaking out of the vine, whatever, I’m Tarzan. Get black vine-juice on me as I swing from the vine into a bed of green foliage. Vine was poison ivy, the foliage was poison oak. I almost went blind, almost asphyxiated, and was in the hospital for a week as swollen as a pumpkin."
