#5 In reality, most won't bother getting into a bidding war anymore. It's not worth the time. If you've gotten the Internet price, then come back and say your competitor is doing X, we'll say "what number to come get the car right now?" If no commitment, we'll usually bow out. The profit level for a sales rep isn't high enough that they'll waste all that time. And hard to find vehicles will not be discounted that much.

most of theses are only valid for the usa, which show a pretty awful state for a country ... especially the healthcare ones

#14 in Canada, and most parts of the western world, there is no charge for going to the hospital to deliver a baby. It's called national healthcare.

ZombieDarwin, Wel yes - its called tax :) - In Norway there is a cap on private payment on a total of about 2200 Nok (250 $) total, after that its free.

So healthcare is provided at no charge in Canada? Do the doctors, nurses, technicians, and other staff all volunteer their time? Do medical supply companies donate equipment? Do utility companies provide free water, electricity, gas, etc.?

Bull. My Canadian wife knows better. She didn't live in a big city or nice sized town, so even though she had to pay all the taxes that pay for that "free" healthcare, her town barely had a doctor and if a woman wanted to deliver a baby, they had to literally fly for an hour or so to get to the nearest hospital that could handle it.
Let's not also mention "healthcare vacations" many Canadians have to take because they simply can't get anyone to see them on that "free" plan. Heck, we had a person at our wedding who was on a waiting list for almost two years for "necessary surgery" and ended up dying without being seen.
I now know why, when I was there, a lot of Canadians were protesting the "free" healthcare so much it was on the news every night.
