“At the German Lego factory back in 1979, an unusual tradition appeared - employees who had worked for more than 25 years in production were awarded with a Lego brick. The size was quite small, only 2 by 4 cm, but made of solid gold.”
The germans makes Haribo candy but has nothing to with LEGO.
..and 2 by 4 cm is quite large for a 2 by 4 lego brick, actually

"..it is chicks in it is wings."
Look up the term "apostrophe," it will be a revelation.
Are you under the impression that "it's" is possessive?
Obviously the original poster is....which would be her reason for the phrase "holding it's (should be 'its') in it's (should be 'its) wings.
"It's" means "it is," always in every instance save the rare contraction "it's" meaning "it has." (It's been a long time.)
