I'm European (Flemish/Belgian). Only the onion ring with the egg, the cutting of the tomatoes and the cleaning of the grinder looks interesting. Most of (not all) hacks have to do with food that is too greasy or sugared to our taste I think.
Use a Mason jar lid ring to cook the perfect egg round for your breakfast sammie. Make sure you properly grease that lid.
