#22 People that have never been outside their own country that has health regulations can't imagine what some places in the world have to offer. You couldn't get that setup clean with a power washer. Imagine a hot dog or a bagel stand like this on a street corner in New York City. The city wouldn't have to shut them down. No one would buy their products! His stupid sign wouldn't even matter.
