#9 If you are rich you can tell customers to F off all the time. Customers of Twitter and Facebook are told to F off all the time. The company might have issues when it losses billions of dollar in stock value but @Jack and Zuck have no consequences as they are still rich as they diversified out of their company enough to not lose much.
