“I went to try on dresses at a boutique that was way over my price range. I told the shopping assistant that my absolute maximum budget was $600 but the stylist said that the dresses on the floor started at around $1,000. But she was so nice and found me a beautiful discontinued dress in the basement for $400!”
Regardless, all of these people are smart enough not to waste a downpayment on a house on one day. Bravo to these people who understand that marriage is a life not a one day party.
some one is butthurt. it's a celebration. one to commemorate. people do it all the time.
And really? a down payment on a overpriced house that'll never be paid off and you pay 4x for because interest, escrow, tax, repairs etc
might as well just rent and put the difference in a retirement account.
What are you? 12 years old? LOL. Go on and rent for your whole life and make someone else rich. LOL
