Nice comment. Maybe take your ahole opinions somewhere else next time, if you can’t appreciate inspiration.

Look, there is something to be said that he just traded one addiction for another and he's chasing a 'high'...but at least the trade up is a positive one, while we all sit here miserable and overfed-tired, making comments like what we have to say matters in anyway to his new life. What, you secretly want him to read this and start drinking again because anonymous Aholes on the internet disapprove with a sneer? Misery loves company. We're the losers. This guy made something happen and it reflects our own waste of life.

Greg, agreed. It’s just jealousy, plain and simple. A lot of people try to rob others of their successes because they’re jealous. Pretty sad, really. And this guy looks great. More importantly, he looks happy and I think that’s what irks negative people the most.

People that keep their dogs in a cage in their house should be sentenced to live in a cage in their parents house.

Matt, maybe just during workout time? Sometimes dogs get very hyped up excited when there's physical activity and can distract.

Matt, crates are excellent and necessary training tools for puppies that help teach them when downtime’s start, help them find routines (which dogs love), and provide them with a sanctuary of their own. All of my dogs throughout life have been successfully and happily crate trained, and when they grow up continue voluntarily using their crates when they want to be in their own space. Do some research. Just because something looks “scary” doesn’t mean it’s evil.

Alcohol doesn't have to be all or nothing. I'm a middle aged man, strong, fit and healthy and I enjoy drinking in moderation. I also smoke a spliff every Friday and Saturday but never during the week. everything requires a balance so we don't have to make definitive sacrifices....

This is what Kenny Dunn looked like just 24 hours after deciding to quit alcohol for good back in 2016

Kenny fully embraced consistency this year. In April, he started his first of several 100-day DDP Yoga workout challenges. “Up until then, I had been working out about 3-4 times a week. It sounded like fun at first but it caused me to completely rethink my commitment to my workout routine,” Kenny told us. “The real kicker was that I had to find other people to be accountable to as partners during the challenge. I found a group of 6 other guys who keep me honest and inspire me with their commitment to working out. We call ourselves ‘Team Savages’ and these guys are a bunch of animals! Being held accountable to my workouts every single day was a major obstacle at first but today it feels as natural as waking up and making breakfast.”
