Paul, follow the link under the image. In the pic izismile used the purse changes from white to black, but the underwear does too.

Attentive cinema-lovers noticed that at the beginning of the movie, Marion is wearing white underwear and a white bag. After she steals $40,000, both her underwear and bag become black. This allegory shows that after having committed a bad deed, Marion denigrates her soul with theft and ceases to be innocent.
