#23 Ted Bundy.......I remember, years ago, in the late 80's, I was in Florida on business. At that time, Bundy was on death row. Florida had just passed a law that you had to wear seat belts, which a lot of people were angry about. I saw a billboard with this message: "I'll buckle up when Ted Bundy buckles up!"
