#15 where can you get a degree and PhD in 6 yrs from start to finish? A PhD takes 8-10 yrs in the US on top of your 4 yr bachelors degree.

Or does he mean 3 yrs study for a masters degree in order to be able to start applying to be accepted for a PhD program?
