"Photo on the left is what it's currently like buying fruit and vegetables from a supermarket. Even the 'odd bunch' ones down the bottom right are meant to be less wasteful because they're not the normal perfectly shaped/colored ones, but still come in plastic bags. Photo on the right is the current trial in a handful of supermarkets around the country. Here's hoping it's successful and they roll this out nationwide!"

#8 there was a time that WAS the norm and there wasn't a damn plastic bag for every little thing. It was all paper. But they raised such a fuss about the ozone and the rain foreat in the 80's we all bagged up and thought 'we're saving the trees! yay!' but we turned right around and created a far greater pollution problem with a non-renewable resource. Critical thinking is dead, mankind is a virus, and we deserve whatever happens to us.
