I very much agree and disagree with #4. It's a pain in the neck having to reformat and reword your resume for the specific position, the push it to the employer, but it sure beats hand cramps walking in to an office and writing out applications all day long.

"Finding a job.

I used to just walk into businesses with a resume and typically get hired on the spot. Now everything is online, and you have to jump through hoops just to land an interview and likely hear nothing back afterward. Applying online should be an option, not a requirement."
