You ok today? You're missing the point, they are aware they are outside, as it is clearly stated in the caption, not sure how you gathered they were oblivious to that. You've missed the point entirely. Why can't we dine inside if they're just going to make another temporary setting that replicates being inside and we're still next to others while dining? How does a tent versus a building stop the spread? As far as reverting to ad hominem, not everywhere has winter and snow, and seasons change. Go take a toke and relax.
