#3 XD uh huh, yeah, sure...just like how when they legalized pot in Colorado, Denver filled up with a few thousand homeless people that were all there for 'medical' reasons. Trying to refer an addict to a treatment center is like hoping community volunteers will replace cops. It won't stop the the crime involved around hardcore drugs, and it certainly won't stop people abusing it when you just make it easier to access. But hey, just stand there outside your community center with kooliad and a guitar, waiting for the addicts to line up as you sing Kumbaya. Liberal idealism is such a fail.
