#26 For me these are bad parents, good parents would motivate their children to try again and again until they can manage it on their own, but here the children are being lied to that they are perfect in everything which makes life much more difficult later when the reality catches up

Vest, they are not bad parents. He’s spending time interacting with his kids in a positive way. It’s just silly little games fir internet points. It’s not like he’s doing her homework for her or something that would actually be damaging.

Maybe "Bad Parent" is the wrong word, English is not my native language, I just think it's not good for the child's self-confidence. But I think that is also a "1st World" problem where you suppress the uncomfortable reality anyway.
