Help. I dont get whats wrong with 18 or 49. 18 looks like it has had cement added under a pole that wasn't screwed down (light posts in my home town are like this but they left it open), and 49 has windows with half curtains for light.

Manerva, #18 - Guy is touching metal base with a voltage indicating probe. The neon light in the probe is lit, showing the base is electrically live, and is a shock hazard. #49 - I think the photo illustrates the window frames are not centered in the light colored wall squares.
