Dumb but at least mostly clean. So many comedians cop out by being vulgar and thinking it has shock value or it's fresh somehow when it's really just sad and been done to death already. Write better material and study some of the classic greats. Tragically only the good comedians die young.

L.b., Fabulous comics, all of them. Except, I don't know Eric Idle. Of course, I grew up in the late 40's, 50's and early 60's, so this is what I grew up WITH!!! Not a foul word or routine out of any of them except the occasional double entendre out of Carson. I remember, once, he had a Arnold Palmer's wife on. He asked her if she did anything special for him before a tournament. She said, "Yes, I kiss his b#lls". Carson said, "I'll bet that makes his putter stand up". She got up and walked off the set and didn't come back. Not sure if this actually happened or if it is just a myth!

Laveda,

This statement only applies to female comics. They are never funny, and they think being vulgar will appeal to men and get them attention.
