Who forces women to wear it? The government that represents the people who won't overthrow it. These women are revolutionaries fighting for women's rights to not be forced to wear a hijab. The cognitive dissonance that Islam promotes by saying that it's a choice and then Imam's enforcing it by shaming women into wearing them even in the West is control of women.
