#91 That is why we need education. The baseline is right, the conclusion is oversimplified. The mines do not close because of renewable energy but because imported coal is so much cheaper (in my country it is...).

I don't understand your comment.
The sign implies that solar and wind are inferior power sources because they aren't constant. This assumes that things like batteries don't exist and there are no other supplemental power sources that can be combined.
This is basic science, hence the text.
