Trudging around the frozen highlands of Scotland with nothing but a few scraps of leather about my feet would make me toss them out too. They were probably too cold to be useful in such a climate.

A “mummified” dinosaur: at least 66 million years old

The “mummy” of Edmontosaurus was unearthed in 1908 and is known as the first discovered remains of a dinosaur with well-preserved skin. The find helped researchers to reconstruct the animal’s appearance and find out that it reached 39 feet in length and weighed about 4.4 tons.
