#2 Apple products are the biggest ripoff out there, and these people get s#cked in with their BS. Apples business model is to lie and and make products as incompatible as possible and breakable as possible so frequent replacement is necessary. We were told our MAC laptop was inoperable and needed to be replaced. We took it to our IT guy because if it's inoperable the warranty isn't an issue anymore. Our IT guy fixed it quickly and didn't even charge us because the issue was that small and it was up and running.
Apple wanted us to buy a new one...from that day forward we boycott them.
