I could imagine Elizabeth as quite a lovely gran, baking bisquits for her loved ones and for the guards at Buckingham Palace.

I just finished The Crown on Netflix, and it was surprisingly good! Sort of fell in love with the young Queen Elizabeth II. I had no idea how much Princess Diana suffered, or the extent to which Prince Charles was a horribly abusive, damaged man.

look at the heirs of a massmurdering crown,theres more blood on these family hands than on most governments on this planet today(maybe not china )

The year 2016 was special for Elizabeth II because she turned 90 years old. To immortalize the occasion, she held a photo session at Windsor Castle. In this image, the queen appears with 4 of her puppies: Willow, Vulcan, Candy, and Holly. In the United Kingdom, Her Majesty commemorates 2 birthdays a year: one according to her date of birth (April 21) and another official one, which is regularly celebrated in June with various events for the public and a traditional military parade in her honor.
